| Philly Cheese Steak Pizza | |
Yield: 4 pizzas Ingredients: 1 lb. 8 oz. DFS onions, sliced 6 Tbsp. Arneo olive oil 2 lbs. DFS white mushrooms, sliced 4 Rich’s pizza doughs 1 lb. 8 oz. DFS mozzarella cheese, sliced thin 1 lb. Best’s Roast Beef, cut into 1” squares Mild or hot pickled peppers, chopped Directions: 1. Saute onion in 3 tablespoons olive oil until lightly browned, about 5 minutes; reserve. 2. Toss mushrooms slices in remaining olive oil; reserve. 3. Per Pizza: Spread 1 cup sauteed onion over bottom of pizza shell. Cover with 6 ounces sliced cheese, 4 ounces of beef and 8 ounces of mushrooms slices. Bake at 450ºF for about 12 minutes until crust browns and cheese melts. Sprinkle with chopped pepper. Cut into 8 slices. |
